Observing waves formed by an oscillating rod

The vertical striped patterns with 1mm and
1.1mm intervals were used. The two patterns were placed 30cm apart.3)
- Experimental process
- A 4cm diameter rod was hung by fishing line in the stratified fluid, and oscillated up and down. The waves thereby created were viewed from the side.
