Specifies the format used when the internal variables 'IXTYPE'/'IYTYPE' are 3 or 4.

cfmt

(C*(*))

Specifications for the character format or the option interpreted by the subroutine chval. (See section on FMTLIB in the user's manual for "MISC1.")

Notes

(a)

The format for ULXSFM/ULYSFM delivered to the subroutine CHVAL can be inquired using the subroutine

ulxqfm(CFMT) / cyfmt = NumRu::DCL.ulyqfm().

 The initial value 'B' is the option specific to chval. (The characterization is performed with three significant digits, trailing zeros below the decimal point is omitted; if the least significant digit is in the one's place, then the decimal point is also omitted.)
