2.3 List of Functions

`ISHIFT(IW,N)`	Shifts a bit pattern.
`IAND(I1,I2)`	Calculates the bit product.
`IOR(I1,I2)`	Calculates the bit sum.

Since IAND and IOR are defined in Real Time FORTRAN, they may be provided by the implementation.
