Draw line segment with an arrow with a seeing through coordinates system.

Call

(X1, y1, x2, y2, [type], [index])

X1, y1	< R >	The coordinates (the seeing through coordinates) of initial point.
X2, y2	< R >	The coordinates (the seeing through coordinates) of a terminal.
Type	< I >	The line type of a line segment.
Index	< I >	Line index.

When type, index are not specified,value set by DclSetArrowLineType ,DclSetArowLineIndex is used. Initial value be 1 individually.
Type, index that did Setting here be DclSetArrowLineType , The value that was done Setting by DclSetArowLineIndex is not modified.
