各位：

気象業務支援センターを通じた気象庁GPVデータの get 型タイプ配信が
スタートしました。これに伴い、情報交換のためのメーリングリスト
jmadata-users@gfd-dennou.org を発足させましたことをお知らせしま
す。本メールを受け取られた方は、このメーリングリストに登録されて
います。初期登録者は、気象業務支援センター永岡様より頂いた各グルー
プの連絡担当者、支援センター永岡様、気象学会電子情報委員会委員長
神沢様、並びに、メーリングリストを設置したサーバー
(www.gfd-dennou.org)の管理グループ(dcstaffメンバー)です。

本メーリングリストは、今回の公開に際し利用者側の立場から話し合い
に加わった同委員会のイニシアチブにより、私を世話係として設置する
ものであり、気象業務支援センターのサービスには含まれていないこと
をお断りしておきます。ただ、上記のように支援センターの担当の永岡
様も入ってくださり、質問にはなるべくお答え頂けるとのことです。

本メーリングリストの目的は、気象庁データ利用者間の情報交換です。
当面の話題は、データの読み方や、データ取得のスケジューリングにな
るだろうと思います。後者については、恐らく cron による定時取得利
用者が多いであろうことを念頭に置いています。

本メーリングリストの使い方を末尾につけました。同じ文章は、
jmadata-users-help@gfd-dennou.org 宛てに、空または任意の内容のメー
ルを送ることで取得出来ます。一部だけご紹介しますと、

  脱会：jmadata-users-unsubscribe@gfd-dennou.org 宛てにメール送信
  入会：jmadata-users-subscribe@gfd-dennou.org 宛てにメール送信

です。以上はいずれも入会を希望するアドレスから送信する必要があり
ます（入退会とも、メール送信者に確認のためのメールが送られますが、
それに返事をしてはじめて処理が完了となります）。どなたでも入会で
きますので、お近くに参加させたい方がおられましたら、入会方法をお
伝え下さるようお願い致します。なお、後ほど ymnet 等にアナウンス
を流します。

本メーリングリストに流れたメールは、以下のホームページにアーカイ
ブされます。

検索機能もついていますので、ご利用下さい。なお、アーカイブ更新は
１日１回ですので、リアルタイムには更新されません。

   do not send them to the list address! Instead, send
   your message to the correct command address:

   To subscribe to the list, send a message to:
      <jmadata-users-subscribe@gfd-dennou.org>

   To remove your address from the list, send a message to:
      <jmadata-users-unsubscribe@gfd-dennou.org>

   Send mail to the following for info and FAQ for this list:

   To get messages 123 through 145 (a maximum of 100 per request), mail:
      <jmadata-users-get.123_145@gfd-dennou.org>

   To get an index with subject and author for messages 123-456 , mail:
      <jmadata-users-index.123_456@gfd-dennou.org>

   They are always returned as sets of 100, max 2000 per request,
   so you'll actually get 100-499.

   To receive all messages with the same subject as message 12345,
   send an empty message to:
      <jmadata-users-thread.12345@gfd-dennou.org>

   The messages do not really need to be empty, but I will ignore
   their content. Only the ADDRESS you send to is important.

   You can start a subscription for an alternate address,
   for example "john@host.domain", just add a hyphen and your
   address (with '=' instead of '@') after the command word:
   <jmadata-users-subscribe-john=host.domain@gfd-dennou.org>

   To stop subscription for this address, mail:
   <jmadata-users-unsubscribe-john=host.domain@gfd-dennou.org>

   In both cases, I'll send a confirmation message to that address. When
   you receive it, simply reply to it to complete your subscription.

   If despite following these instructions, you do not get the
   desired results, please contact my owner at
   jmadata-users-owner@gfd-dennou.org. Please be patient, my owner is a
   lot slower than I am ;-)
