I have written a program to decode RSM and MSM. The program can be run in any Windows OS. A
graphic user interface is provided. An extracted item can be saved either as data or image; and the
image can be displayed realtime.
The program is attached to this e-mail. Please let me the bugs, if any.
You can reply in Japanese. I am not efficient at compsoing in Japanese, but I understand it.
