Experimental conditions

Rotation was clockwise.
Water depth: 4cm.

We did not stir the ice water or the hot water, so there is a considerable temperature difference depending on the depth of the water, meaning that the temperature conditions are not very accurate.

The liquid crystal sheet changes from red to blue between 20°C and 25°C.
