Ruby-spml-1.4 をリリースしました。

spml の ruby ラッパーです。
主な変更点は
* spml-0.5.0 対応
* gfortran 対応
です。
x86_64 linux 上の ifort, gfortran でコンパイルされた spml で動作することを確認しています。
