2.4 Explanation of Subroutines: Control

This is a group of subroutines that perform the initialization, closing, setting of draw areas, and handling of internal variables in GRPH1. Unless stated otherwise, an "internal variable" indicates internal variables handled by  sgpget/sgpset (See Section2.4.4).
